Any unauthorised use, reproduction, teaching, training, coaching, or creation of programmes, systems, or businesses based on the above frameworks is strictly prohibited. The Lifetime Learning Membership, Success Blueprint Course, Online Workshops and Live In-Person Workshop Events

Mandi Amor / It’sAmor personal development events and workshops (online and in-person) and self-paced success blueprint online course are designed for educational learning purposes only. As every session is collaborative, experiences and outcomes will vary, alongside session content and structure. Workshop materials and content is educational in nature and is not intended to replace advice from qualified medical, psychological, financial, or other professionals.

Participation - Attendees are encouraged to approach each in-person personal development workshop with a learner’s mindset. By attending workshops, whether in-person or online, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Some sessions may include personal storytelling or emotionally reflective sharing, and attendees are encouraged to engage at a level that feels appropriate for them.

Each in-person workshop offers an immersive learning experience that encourages reflection, growth, and shared learning with the three C’s, confidentiality, collaboration, and Commitment. All attendees are expected to treat others with respect and consideration and to maintain a positive, engaged learner’s attitude. In rare circumstances, if behaviour impacts the experience or safety of others, the organiser reserves the right to ask an attendee to leave the event. As part of the learning process, attendees will be invited to complete check-in and post-workshop forms, which are a compulsory part of the learning and transformation process.

Ticket Purchasing Protection - Live event and in-person workshop tickets are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels or reschedules the event, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Tickets are only available through official platforms, including www.mandiamor.com, Luma, Eventbrite, CLIQ, or approved collaborating brands’ websites.

ID for Attendance and Registration - Please ensure you bring a valid govt-issued ID for registration and checking in when attending in-person workshops from your resident country (All nationalities and backgrounds welcome). The organiser cannot accept responsibility for any injury, illness, emotional response, loss, or damage to personal property, or any other unforeseen circumstances arising from participation or travel to and from any in-person workshops or events.

Allergies and Medical Conditions - For any in-person workshops or events where food or drink is provided, attendees are asked to take personal responsibility for any allergies or dietary requirements. All attendees are expected to treat others with respect and consideration and to maintain a positive, engaged learner’s attitude at all times. In rare circumstances, if behaviour impacts the experience or safety of others, the organiser reserves the right to ask an attendee to leave the event.

Recordings and Photography - Live workshops and online events may be photographed and recorded for promotional and educational purposes. Live participation is encouraged as much as possible, but not required. If you join live, you understand and agree that your audio, video, name, and any participation (including if you are selected to ask a question) may be captured in the recording available after the event. If you would prefer not to appear in any recordings or images, please notify the organiser in writing before the event, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.

Newsletter - By purchasing a ticket to a Mandi Amor/It’sAmor personal development workshop, you will be enrolled on our automated email newsletter so that you can stay updated on upcoming workshops, special offers and exclusive content.

All workshops (online or in-person), Membership and Online Program and Product purchases and attendance constitute acceptance of the above Terms & Conditions.
