Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our returns policy, which applies to live workshop classes, all digital programs and products, workshops, memberships, courses and physical products. Please note that all terms, policies and conditions outlined below operate in accordance with industry standards and best practice for professional coaching and online education businesses.
1. Posters, Journals and Merchandise.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after an order has been placed.
2. The Lifetime Learning Membership, Success Blueprint Course, Online Workshops and Live Challenges, Meditations and other Digital Download Products.
We recommend you familiarise yourself with Mandi Amor's content and teaching style before purchasing any programs, workshops and live challenge cohorts. Our educational classes and digital products are designed to give you everything you need to study both live and independently, at your own pace, and revisit all material and resources as many times as you need. All monthly online workshops as part of the membership are recorded and made available, so you never miss a session regardless of your schedule. Please note that all workshops, programmes, and packages are subject to our no-refund policy on educational and digital products.
3. Live Events and in-person Workshops.
Live event and in-person workshop tickets are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels or reschedules the event, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Please note that tickets are only sold through the following official platforms: www.mandiamor.com, Luma, Eventbrite, CLIQ, or directly from the collaborating brand’s website. To ensure your ticket is valid and verified, please purchase exclusively through these trusted platforms only. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. All personal data collected, including for workshop and event registration, is processed and stored in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and relevant data protection laws. Your details are used solely for the purposes of delivering our services, managing bookings, and communicating important information related to our programs. Please note that if you send us documents or personal data, we are not able to guarantee the same level of privacy, confidentiality, or secure storage for that material. We kindly request that you do not send any personal documents to us that may contain your personal data.
To allow us to support as many people as possible and support the growth of the Mandi Amor / It’s Amor brand, images and testimonials from workshops and events may be captured and used for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and promotional materials. We aim to ensure your preferences are respected in all promotional content. If you do not wish to be included in images or for your testimonial to be used publicly, please submit your request in writing before the workshop or event at contact@mandiamor.com or notify an event organiser with adequate notice before the session begins.
We may also use your contact information for updates, newsletters, and other communications so you don’t miss out on anything as part of Mandi Amor / It’s Amor offers. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by unsubscribing if you wish to do so.
